Hello, we have business heads who are part of requisition approvals and when they receive email notifications they do not receive the compete data , that is they get only approve/reject option but not the name or number of the requisition which makes it difficult to know which is the requisition which needs their approval.

Even with their roles they have all the required roles needed to approve the requisition, and the intersecting fact is they used to receive these details correctly before however they are not receiving it now. We have not had any recent changes or updates to roles as well.
