We have a requirement to create a legal entity to club all contingent workers but since no legal address exist we are planning to create a dummy legal address of US and use that to create the legal entity. Accordingly, we will hire the employees in this legal entity. I wanted take advice from the experts to check if this resolution would have any serious issues in future? Also if you have any other workarounds please let me know.
