Location Errors When Posting to LinkedIn

I was wondering if anyone has seen similar behavior, recently we started seeing that some jobs wrapped from ORC are failing due to location issues. When looking further, it looks like in some jobs (in the format city, state, country) the country appears in Dutch = Verenigde Staten (screenshot below).

We didn't make any changes on our end to cause this to appear all of a sudden, but LinkedIn asked us to check on the Oracle side.
