Payslip Not Generated for New Lega Entity

We are using Fusion Global Payroll for past 3 years. Recently, created new legal employer and hired employees in that. When we run complete payroll process, these new employees are not getting pick up in payslip generation process. This issue is there only for new Legal Employer, not for existing LEs.
