How to take backup(extract) for workflow rules from BPM WorkFlow for PR, PO

Hi Team,

We need support to know how to extract all the active rules created for PO(Purchase Order) and PR(Purchase Requisition). Using BPM workflow we created the rules and now business need this extract for audit purposes. Parellaly this will required to know the active rules and if required any changes how can we extract all the rules in one go.
