SCORM File Directs User to Oraclecloud.com

Summary:

Our end users are reporting when they attempt to open a SCORM file, it directs them to login to oraclecloud.com. It seems to generally resolve itself after sometime. Wanted to check and see if there was a known root cause to this screen displaying instead of the eLearning loading and playing as expected.
