How to mark prescreening questions as required on job requisition templates?

Summary:

We are using Job Requisition template to create Job Reqs. Below are the steps we follow:

1. Create Job Requisition Templates using SHDL
2. Load Prescreening questions through SHDL
3. Add the prescreening questions to the Job Requisition template through SHDL.
4. While doing this, there is no attribute either through SHDL/HDL to specify if the question is required or not? Is there a work around for this?
5. We then, map the req requisition template to the Job
