External Career Site - Graduate flag is defaulting to "No"

Summary:

In External Career site--> Education block- only Degree field is placed as mandatory. The rest of the fields are optional.

Graduated field with an option of "Yes/No" is left untouched. There's no default value configured in Person Profile Type and is defaulted to blank.

Candidates are only entering Degree and not selecting any option against Graduate Flag Yes / No.  Any specific reason, Graduate Flag is defaulting to "No".
