Resource Alerts are not getting triggered even if they are scheduled

Summary:

Hi,


We have created resource alerts along with the existing respurce alerts - New Learning Assignments and Recently Withdrawn Assignment.

They are working fine if we are running them manually but they are not getting triggered automatically.


We have scheduled these processes. Below is the screenshot for one of the alert:
