We have made the comments mandatory and added note in the below steps of a performance document--This is for Annual performance review.
- Release performance document by manager.
- Acknowledge performance document by employee.
Impact: We also have a Mid Year Review performance document, and it consists of the above mentioned tasks/steps.
the change made is also reflecting in the Mid Year performance documents.
Solution Needed---> We want that the change made is reflected only the Annual performance review documents.
