EL Expression to make visible fields on the Department Page according to Department Name

Summary:

Hi Community,

We have a requirement, where we need to make visible/ show an Extensible flexfield conditionally on the Department Page.

The Flexfield should be visible If the Department Name starts with an O.

We are trying to use EL expressions to do this. But we were not able to find the correct one.

We have tried: #{bindings.Name.inputValue.startsWith('O')} without success, and some other variations.

Is anyone aware of what EL Expression we could use?
