Not_Like operator in VBCS SDP Filter Operators

Hi, I am calling FSCM Rest API to pull the project information which are "Active Status" but now I want to add condition to exclude Project Number Starts With "A" however I don't find any suitable operators(NOT_LIKE, NOT Starts With) to add in VBCS SDP filter Criterion. Please suggest if there is any work around In VBCS
