Is there any option to display a DFF at the Requisition Distribution level and populate it with values based on the DFF at line Level?

We have created a DFF for Project/CWK Task at distribution level which is not mandatory to display for all the Requisitions.

So, need to know if there any option to display a DFF at the Requisition Distribution level and populate values based on the DFF at line Level?
