Indiana state tax withholding change effective 01/01/2024

Summary:

The state of Indiana has released that the state tax withholding rate will be decreasing to 3.05% effective 01/01/2024, this change was not included in our Q4 Legislative patch that we got just a few weeks ago.

Has anyone else received this patch yet? We run our first payroll of 2024 next week and I'm getting anxious on when we will receive this. Any update would be greatly appreciated.
