Conflict in defenition of Finance and HR business units
Regarding Finance and HR business units: there is a Conflict between HR and erp team about the definition of business unit. Given the following what would be the best practice to split the scale grading structure within same LE ? and should we disregard the BU functionalities in this regard due to mentioned constraints above ?
Business Context : we intend to use the Business Unit (BU) functionalities related to human resources autonomy options that are set at this level ; more specifically split in a logical way the organization structure into two separate Bus in order to be able to define different grade scale structures inside the same legal entity (this is a must as different type of jobs within same LE need different treatments from an HR infrastructure perspective).
