Hide the 'Add' button on the Identification Info page for Visa and Passport

Hi,

I want to hide the add button in the Identification info page for Visa and Passport. I tried removing the privileges from the custom employee role, but still the Add button remains. When I tried hiding the Add button with the Page composer, the HR specialist is not able to see the add button.

The add button needs to be removed only for the employees. Please let me know how to proceed further on this.
