Is it possible to send the email notifications to only Disqualified candidates?

Summary:

We have a requirement that we want to send automated emails to only disqualified candidates which are moved to Rejected status by system with Disqualification reason and not other candidates which are rejected by Recruiters manually. Could you please help in letting us know if there if it possible through Fast Formula to identify the Rejection reason of Disqualification for the candidates in ORC, so that we could use the "Send Mail" action in Candidate selection Process flow configurations to send the automatic email to disqualified candidates only if the Fast Formula returns the value = Y , if they
