An error occurred when canceling a Job Requisition

Hi!

The below error occurred when I'm trying to cancel a Job Requisition which the phase and state is Open-Unposted.

We would like to cancel the requisition because an applicant was hired already in the system using the Add Pending Worker action.

What will I do to cancel the Job Requisition?
