We have granted General Accountant, General Accounting Manager role to users and both the roles has GL Period Open/Close Access. We have around 50 users who access GL module. Out of 50 users, only two users are responsible to perform GL Period Open/Close task. If I assign both roles, all 50 users are having GL period access.

Its creating big mess, some users are experimenting and closing, open periods. So business is requesting us to restrict Period opening/closing access. I tried multiple options,
