I followed the below steps.

Step1

Login as a Employee

Me>>Goals>>Click on “+Add” button

Step2

Click on “Save and Close” button  

Step3 Click on Submit button as shown in below screen shot. 

Step4 :- Login as Manager >>Click on bell icon

Step5 Getting below error once we clicked on below icon
