Person Name should be character only

Hi Oracle Team,

I have a requirement, where while hiring an employee, a Person's Name like First Name, last name, or Family Name should be Character (A)-Z or (a-z) only. 

The system can restrict special characters and numeric values.

Kindly share the Auto-Completion Rule If you have any other solution is appreciated.
