How to customize subject line of PO FYI notification

We need a requirement to modify the PO FYI notification subject line as mentioned below

Existing Subject line :Document (Purchase Order) POXXXXX (Requisition XXXXRQ) Implemented

Expected Subject line : Document (Purchase Order) POXXXXX (Requisition XXXXRQ) Approved

Please help me if this can be customized or not if yes please help me with process to achieve this .
