Possible ways to add Note under Veteran Self-Identification Status field

Summary:

  • We want to the possible way to add a note under "Veteran Self-Identification Status" in Personal details page. We have tried using page composer tool and we are unable to find a tool tip in page composer tool to add this "note" and also we tried to add a DFF in that same page but Oracle is not allowing as to edit, showing that the DFF's on this page are "Reserved for Oracle internal use".
