In a demo environment, I've seen the UK payslip template with what looks like a Redwood facelift. Is this a thing?

The UK payslip template in a 23D demo environment appears to be different to the template in our own environments. Is this a pre-release thing that is being tested? I haven't seen it mentioned in the release notes.
