How to reopen closed contracts?

An employee's contract has been terminated, but the termination has been canceled and the contract should be reopened

We tried reopening the contract via hdl and by User Interface (quick action Employment Contracts) but we get an empty page


On DB, from the table PER_CONTRACTS_F, we get the end date on July.

How can we reopen the contract?
