Job descriptive flexfield to populate on the Assignment page

Summary: Created a DFF for Worker's Comp on the Job page yet client would like the Worker's Comp code assigned to job to populate on the Assignment page. Possible? Would I need an EFF? Worker's Comp code must be selected on Assignment page from LOV.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): On Assignment Details page, the Worker Category must be selected from Drop down list. Added list of Worker's Comp values to  EMPLOYEE_CATG lookup in Manage Common Lookups for Worker Category field.
