Certain Term'd EEs not displaying in Transaction Accuracy Audit Report

Summary:

Using the Transaction Accuracy Audit Report from the Powered Reports and Analytics/Human Capital Management/Workforce Administration folder in the Reporting Catalog, I'm seeing 76 employees who were terminated in the last year not displaying/populating on the report.

I was unable to determine why or find a common theme/denominator as to why these specific individuals are being left off the report. All data appears to be accurately populated on their records.

Has anyone encountered an issue like this before with this report? What could the underlying cause be based on the logic in the data model? I can't read SQL.
