Is there a way to restrict one LPN number across facilities?

Summary:

We would like to have a LPN number in on-hand (received/located status) only in one facility at a time. If one creates a LPN with same LPN number in another facility, it should stop or warn the user.

We do a lot of transfer and returns between facilities. Although we ensure proper processes followed, we run into scenarios of having the same LPN number in multiple facilities. Mostly due to user errors. Is there a flag which can allow only unique LPN number across multiple facilities or is there a way we can trigger a warning, if the LPN is active in any other facility?
