BPM notifications for contingent worker termination

Hi All,

we have a requirement when a Line manager terminates a contingent worker the BPM notification should go to HR coordinator for approval, where as if line manager terminated user type is employee it should go 1st HRBP 2nd Hr Coordinator.

how do I achieve this requirement based on the user type contingent or employee in BPM notification for termination.
