This question is more related to setting up the defined setup of population from one enterprise to another enterprise (different cloud environments altogether) - more related to the demerger / divestment.

When the certain set of active employee profiles need to be moved to another enterprise as 'Contingent Workers' - what are all the key changes required in terms of the security setup , transaction approval authority and rules, Supervisor Hierarchy etc.?
