Renaming the label of "Degree" in Person Profile

Receive the request from users that the "Degree" field in Education Template was confusing and would like to rename the label to Education Level, however, this field is not changeable in Item Catalog and tried with UI text and page composer, this were unable to perform. How could I be able to perform the changes of this label ?
