Where to track history of Supplier profile change request rejected?

Summary: If a Supplier Profile Change request was submitted by Supplier and was rejected, is there a place in the UI such requests can be tracked by the Business?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): The Client Business wants to have an Audit trail for Supplier Profile Change requests, so please let us know if there is a lace in the UI where a user can check the Profile change requests which were actioned upon, i.e. rejected/approved.
