How to add additional manager on offer page?

Summary:

We want to add other manger types like Matrix Manager, Chrome River Manager on the offer page of the job application. We cannot find any relevant fields from HCM design studio. Can anyone let us if we can add the additional manager fields and we are expecting this data should flow to HCM
