Supplier Bank Unmasking

Summary:

We are importing Supplier onboarding data from a supplier onboarding and registering application (Different than Oracle Cloud) Oracle Cloud being the supplier Master, Supplier once onboarded, data is interfaced into Oracle Cloud.

We wanted to understand on 2 requirements:

1) Decryption of Supplier Bank Account in Oracle Cloud: Once the Supplier Bank Account is Encrypted by Source Application, can the same be decrypted in Oracle Cloud at the time of or during import, assuming we are using FBDI approach for Supplier Bank Account Interface. If its feasible via REST API or SOAP, inputs are welcome.

2) Masking and Unmasking Supplier Bank Account Details in Oracle Cloud: To achieve Masking of Supplier Bank Account details, we need to configured under Manage System Security Options, but can Oracle Cloud also unmask the Supplier Bank Account details while sending the same as an outbound extract (via BIP) to other boundary application.
