Correct Termination by Line Manager

It states that Line Managers can make corrections to a termination in the future should they have the user privilege as seen in this screenshot which can also be found in documentation.

Further down the documentation it also states this:

HR specialists and line managers can use the Termination quick action (version 2) or the Terminate Employment quick action (version 3) on the My Client Groups and My Team tabs respectively to correct a termination. You can search for the terminated worker and on the View Termination page, click Edit for the sections where you want to correct the termination data. Then you can submit your changes on the Correct Termination page.
