Error in Email notification-FYI: Document (Purchase Order) XXXXXXXX (Requisition XXXXXX) Implemented
Summary: We found with the help of Oracle support team that this issue can be resolved by creating a custom role. But that solution works only if the custom role has the flag "Enable Role for Access from all IP Addresses" enabled. This flag is disabled in our UAT instance for all roles. As per the requirement of our client's security team, this flag needs to be disabled so we can't enable it in our instance.
But the solution proposed by Oracle support team by creating custom role only works in other instance when we enable that flag on that custom role.
