PO transmission setup for Punchout Supplier

Summary:

We have already implemented Direct cXML supplier punchout for one of our suppliers.Now they want the PO to be transmitted electronically to the supplier which i now currently been sent by email. Kindly suggest the setup which is to be done in fusion and the what capability the supplier should have inorder to receive the PO.
