How to Organize the BI Publisher reports and create Library and definitions inside HCM?

We implemented Oracle HCM back in 2019, and since then we created a lot of BI Publisher reports across the modules. Those reports are very useful, however, the report name doesn't usually tell you what this report retrieves. We tried to add more description in the Properties but it is limited Characters and the rules and fields in the report might be bigger.

My question is there a better way inside HCM reports and analytics to store metadata about the reports? in other words, can we create a report Library with the definition of each report for users to understand the use of the report?
