How to add Hyper link along with content text in the same sentence?

Description (Required):
We want to add Hyperlink in a sentence through sandbox. When we add hyperlink it is shifting to another row.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Through hyperlink, we want user to direct to the Document Records page.
Please check the screenshot. In "Click Here" place, we want to add hyperlink.
