How to include employee job title in approval notification subject

I reviewed the attached 'R13_Configurable_Notifications_Titles_Spreadsheet' reference document and attempted Payload Attribute Mapping. However, I couldn't locate the 'job title' fragment in the Payload to construct the expression and retrieve the necessary value.
