Unable to assign multiple required offerings of the same course

Summary:

Hello Team,

As per the current functionality, learner has to complete at least one offering to complete a course. When admin assigns multiple required offerings of the same course then learner need to complete just one offering to complete a course.

Business need the justification on this functionality. Why system has been designed in this way only?
