A number of existing employees are stored with an invalid Grade for their Job Code. Will activating the two profile options below impact these records negatively?

Profile options to enforce valid grades: PER_ENFORCE_VALID_GRADES and PER_DEFAULT_GRADE_FROM_JOB_POSITION (as defined in this resource Considerations for Enforcing Grades at Assignment Level (oracle.com)).
