Assign learning item via Person List - Gaps

Summary:

Hello,

When assigning a course or offer using the Person List option, the assignment is not made for all persons.

Would it be possible to activate a warning message indicating the persons for whom it did not go through? A counter-check is necessary each time to see if there are rejections and to understand the reasons.
