AZA: How to get back dated assignment start date in OTBI report

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have built an OTBI report to get latest assignment details but how can we get assignment start date of a particular action in the latest assignment details.

Example: In the report now we are getting manager change start but we want to display conversion action date from the below in the latest assignment details report.

Person number hired on 01-Jan-2000

Assignment change: 02-Feb-2012

Conversion: 10-Apr-2021

Manager Change: 2-Jan-2023
