Project status is changed from Draft to Active, but the notification status is got revert to draft

Summary:

The goal is to generate FYI notification to the project manager when the teammate or the employee to who the project is allocated, changes the project status to ACTIVE. The notification is generated but after the notification is opened, the project status gets reverted back to Draft or to whichever status it was previously.

NOTE: It has to be kept in mind that ACTIVE1 is the project status on which we intend to generate the FYI Notification. We are unable to use the seeded project status ACTIVE as the work flow is disabled because for some previous project status the initial project status was kept as ACTIVE
