how to make Document types Appear only to employees with specific person type

Hello,

We have business requirement to make some DOR types only appear depending on employee person type ,

For example : employee with person type "XYZ" will have ability to apply for DOR type "ABC" ,

is there away to achieve that using fast formula or eligibility profile or any way.
