1.  In SPF record, can Oracle config a specific IP for each customer or not?

2. Can other send email in the name of other customer or not? Does Oracle have validation check for every customer?

For example : Cusomter A (@CustomerA.com) send email in the name of Customer B. (@CustomerB.com)
