Summary: Is there any way to create OTBI report based on job code which is to be used in Learning Initiative for a course but only those employee should come who have not been assigned or completed the same course even though the employee should be of same job code.

For example for creating OTBI report , we have used job code as ABC123, so if 100 employees belongs to same job code, and also we should make sure among the 100 employee those employee should not come/appear who have already completed the course or if that course is assigned
