Unable to make the "Default Expense Account" mandatory on create offer page

Summary:

Hi All,

We have made the "Default Expense account" field visible on Create Job offer page and when we are trying to make the field as Required, we do not have option to do it through page HCM design Studio. Later we tried through page composer but the Edit option is disabled to make the changes on the field.

Can any one let us know what might be the issue and how we can make the field required if possible?
