Nonworkers: no notification when new account has been created
Summary:
We use Person Type 'Nonworkers' for persons outside the organization, who are not expected to login to Fusion Cloud. We therefore would like to prevent the notifications regarding New account being send to these specific users.

A very simple solution would be not to enter any mail address on these users. But we need the information to be available in HCM.
I have looked into User Categories. But it seems that all new accounts always will be created as Default, thereby following the template rules for User Category 'DEAFULT'. So it will not resolve the issue to create a sperate user category, I guess.
